Paul Ponsonby Ltd are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted by the UKWA for an award in Customer Care.

Paul Ponsonby, Managing Director says ‘We have no desire to be the largest and most powerful company in our field.  However, we do want to be the best and in doing so we have implemented a plan that works, gives us hard information and results in improving standards for all our clients and, in turn, making Paul Ponsonby Limited a better place to work for all employees.  Since its introduction in 2000, we have continued to develop our Customer Commitment Plan in order to further enhance the levels of customer satisfaction we deliver.  Whilst we can demonstrate today that we are achieving excellent results on this front, we are also keenly aware that the process of seeking continuous improvement will be never ending.’
